ATTENTION:To reserve a spot, I require a retainer fee of only $155 (not-refundable/not-transferable to another person neither to another session) that can be paid through this site. The remaining balance is due THREE WEEKS prior to the session date. Failure to pay the final balance on time, you will lose your retainer and spot will be put back for sale. In case of any unforeseen circumstance, you will receive a credit to use towards any future session during 2025.

*One spot per immediate family (ONE set of parents and their kids or siblings together). If you desire to have photos with other family members, you will need to book an additional spot per family. *Once you pay your retainer, your spot will be reserved. You will receive an e-mail with all your session information a week prior to your session or so.

* Attention - We do not swap time slots or day from session to session.Once the session is booked, no alterations can be made.
We will not make up time for anyone who is late, not ready, stuck in traffic, couldn’t find the place, no show, etc. If you are not there on your scheduled time, unfortunately, you will lose the whole amount paid. You will NOT be able to use the amount paid towards another session. The amount paid was to secure and photograph the scheduled session only, regardless if you show up or not. If you do not show up for your spot, you will also still be responsible to pay for the remaining balance on the package (if not paid already) for the smallest package stated since at that point the location has already been paid for you.

An invoice will be sent after the session and must be paid within 24 hours.
